THE REINCARNATION – II If we did not forget our former lives our evolution would be disposed
towards our selfish desires. Thus,
the capitalists, on returning again, would want to take over the riches they
accumulated in their former life.
Others would continue practicing the same profession they had before,
thus following the law of inertia.
Others would return to their homeland. Thus there would be no new
experiences, but the wise law impels us toward new situations: professions,
school systems, customs, nourishment, climate, everything completely
different from what we had settled into. After death the brain is destroyed
and only the spiritual mind remains.
When this spiritual mind reverts to manipulate a new brain received at
the time of birth, this brain is unable to capture the knowledge that the
Immortal I have been accumulating during thousands of years. The brain in the present stage of
evolution is in no condition to take advantage of the experiences of the
spiritual mid. We only know what we
learn in the new incarnation. The ancestral knowledge remains
latent in the spiritual mind, only the character is transmitted: some have
more capabilities for the exact sciences (engineering, mathematics), others
for art (music, drawing), or manual aptitudes (carpentry, mechanics),or
leadership (business leaders, generals or presidents of a sports club). Thus, if a person studied
mathematics or physics in his former life, evidently he will not remember the
formulas or the laws of these sciences, but he will have great ease to
reacquire this knowledge. Who ever lived during various
incarnations practicing poetic or religious meditation or in peaceful family
life, will, evidently, not have now the ease to communicate with society and
strive in it, principally where his professional life is concerned, or even
with his co-workers of the social group to which he belongs, whether
religious, recreational or other. The capabilities acquired through
hard and different experiences explain why during our professional life we
are outmatched by a young person around 18 or 20 years old just hired by the
company who is rapidly promoted to higher positions reaching even positions
of command or management and demonstrating great ease in performance, in
rapidly understanding the various jobs and the capacity of relating to and
pleasing his co-workers, while we ho have been working for 10 or 20 years are
unable to reach higher positions although we believe we are much more
capable. Nevertheless, we must not get
discouraged or become conformed because, by being persistent, by improving
our professional standing and our personality and acquiring greater general
knowledge than we have at present we can also become more capable and prepare
ourselves for a better life now and for another return to the material plane. What is important is not to keep
thinking negatively and have an inferiority complex before those who fight
when we only rest laxity on a remote past. By frequent harmonization wit our
inner mind we will be able to get our crude brain to capture and express the
subtle frequencies of our spiritual mind. You who are receiving these
teachings would do well to remember more often that there is another brain,
the immortal mind, and try to reach the fabulous knowledge that it has been
accumulating during the different parts which it has acted our on stage of
life: citizen f Atlantis, farmer of Ancient Egypt, Assyrian warrior, Greek
philosopher, Roman statesman, musician in the Middle Ages or workman at the
beginning of the Industrial Revolution in England. Reincarnation also explains why
some go to college while others hardly finish primary school and even this
due to great effort. When man reaches perfection and
completely dominates matter, then he will not need to clothe himself in a
material body. He will pass on to
other more subtle matters with other vibration frequencies in other more
loftier planes. But the great love to humanity of
those who became free of the crude matter of this world is responsible for
the Great Beings abandoning the happiness of living in a loftier world and
preferring to continue near humanity, incarnate or not, participating in
human pain and problems and not traveling to the divine worlds as long as
their companions in this cycle cannot go with them. Forgetting former lives is
necessary up to a certain stage of evolution. Still, our students can already start to harmonize themselves
with that being which lived during many ages and among many people of the
past. If we life more harmonized with
our Internal I instead of only focusing on the conscience of our personality
and the exterior facts, we may reach what many have already reached,
remembering our past lives. PRACTICE – Try to contact your
Immortal I during a few minutes every day (2 to 5 minutes). Talk with your Inner I. Ask mental questions, and await the voice
which speaks in silence. Be more introspective (but do not
forget your professional and domestic activities). You have never dedicated even one
minute to think about who you are, and of course in this manner you could not
know the answer o what you never looked for. Every time you have a free moment,
in the bus, in the living room when you are waiting for your husband or wife
to get dressed to go out, close your eyes and try to make contact with your
Immortal I who has already been a cave man, has lived in Atlantis, has been
an Egyptian priest or slave, a businessman, a monk, a soldier, a teacher, a
housewife, in other words, possesses
an enormous experience of the world. If you feel attracted in a very
profound way to a country, city, to people linked to a certain period in the
past, search for printed matter related to those periods in history, visit
those places inasmuch as besides the pleasure that you will get from these
visits, the sites are probably related o one of your incarnations in that
country. This research very often helps to
awaken our memory to a past life spent in those environments. Very young children, when they tart to speak say things which are incoherent such as names of people or places or occurrences unknown to the adults. They should be encouraged to
recourse to their memory if we notice that it is a case of ancestral
memories. Stains, scars and other marks
found at birth, correspond very often to serious wounds or even mortal wounds
corresponding to the former incarnation as has already been verified in
various cases registered by parapsychologists. Knowledge of reincarnation makes
men more responsible before society inasmuch as they know that they will have
to return and if they were selfish and ignorant in the former generation
thinking that after death they would be free of the problems of the Earth,
they were deceived as they will return to find the same problems to be solved. Why put off the solutions? Let us start right away to improve
the world in order that our return will be an easier life to live and a
