DREAMS

 

The dream is the group of images and ideas, usually confused, that  come to the soul during the sleep; sleep is the rest caused by the fall asleep  of the physical senses.

All people dream vary times for night, those that say that have not been dreaming in the last weeks, they should say that don't have if reminded of their dreams.

Although we dream several dreams, we almost always only remembered the last dream to the we wake up, in the morning or even in the middle of the night.

The average of dreams per night is four or five and they occupy 20% of our time of sleep, about an hour and a half.

Every night we have a theater our disposition: the characters appear, the scenery opens up, and we are at the same time the main actor and the expectant.

In this state the life becomes busier and more intense.

In the dreams we lost all the inhibition, we loved freely and we had fun as a child.

The method to remind of the dreams is to maintain a notebook next  to the bed and to annotate it immediately before it evaporates; that if we to insist on  to remember itself of the dreams.

The dreams are very fugitive and they disappear quickly.

When summarizing the main points in a notebook, it is better nor to get up for to turn on the light or to sit down in the bed, because any movement or physical activity and he disappear.

A lot of communications with the souls of the deads happen during the dreams, because in this state there are larger facility means for the dead to communicate.

During the dreams can happen psychic phenomena: clairvoyance in the space (vision of places and distant people), clairvoyance in the time (events that happened in a last time, or that will still happen in the future), telepathy (reception of relatives' alive or dead messages, of Masters of this or of the other world.

The dreams, as any other psychic faculty, need that we thought about them so that they grow the capacity of you remind them.

It is necessary to believe, to give importance to the dreams, to try to remind of them, if we want to take advantage of this very useful activity for we know in the best and we leave a little of the daily routine.
