ASTRAL PROJECTION – II

The practice of the astral projections produces, when executed without anxiety, even when a visible result does not appear, a very large well-being, similar to the general reinvigorating that we feel after a good night sleep.

Besides, the practice of the exercises for the development of the exteriorization of the astral body, makes us more conscious of our interior being.

PRACTICE: - Start by relaxing the muscles, harmonizing the breath and quiet the mind.

After feeling more tranquil and harmonized, choose one of the practices below:

Fundamental Practice: Wish that your astral body leaves the physical body. Feel that you are leaving the material body. Imagine yourself lighter more and more floating. See yourself floating above the body.

Other auxiliary exercises:

- See yourself standing and looking your own body laying in a bed, a simple shell with no life or its own.

- Make an astral trip in thought, see your astral body walking around the bedroom, going through the wall or passing though the door and going to the next room, leaving to a yard or to the street, going to the corner, etc. Your may return by the same way, a different way or still return by the space, quick and softly.

- Fell your astral body swinging (left-right), moving in the beat of a song while the body remains immobile.

- Feel all your conscience in the astral body: know it is the who thinks, who acts and feels.

- When going to bed think of some place you want to go, if you wish to project yourself and be there think about this with no worry, otherwise you will stop the sleep. Fall sleeping with these thoughts that will finally happen.

- Imagine yourself flying in the space, see the houses and the streets down there. Chose a place know or imaginary.

- Observe your own process of sleeping, wishing to remain conscious after sleeping. Focus on the conscience of yourself while you are involved by the cover or sleep.

Make the fundamental practices, the first one that we gave and choose the others as reinforcement, the one you find more suitable to you. Always one at a time.

Do not intend to make all at the same time n order to avoid wasting your effort and energies in many directions.

In case it is not easy for you to make the astral projection do not get depressed.

Remember that in a future near or distant, when you go to live in the astral world, the astral projection will e a normal faculty.

You just think in a place where you want to be and in seconds you will be there.

However, here and now, you must become conscious of your astral body, and of the higher worlds so hat harmonized in this way, your stay there will be the easier possible.

CASES OF ASTRAL PROJECTION

A woman living in Ireland was searching for a house, and she found it in her projections during the sleep.

She had a dream and made the projection for the house many times, but there was a problem, she did not know where the house was located.

Some time later, she moved to London and by means of a newspaper ad she came to “the dream house”.

The house had the fame of being haunted and receiving the visit of spirits.

When the owner saw her, exclaimed: “You are the ghost!”. And sold it for a low price… to the own ghost that was haunting the house.

Mr. Wilmot who lived in Connecticut in the United States, was returning by ship from England.

For many days a violent tempest disturbed the trip.

In certain morning, while the tempest was still going on, Wilmot had a dream in which his wife as entering his cabin, then she stopped a while, came closer and gave him a kiss, leaving the silently.

A big laugh awakened Wilmot, who saw his travel partner saying: “You are a lucky guy to receive the visit of this woman”.

His travel partner was awakened and saw that Wilmot thought to be a dream.

Arriving hoe, Wilmot’s wife explained that she was worried because of the tempest and thinking of him at 4 o’clock in the morning, transported herself till him, arriving in a “ship black and short, a steam ship”.

Already inside the ship, she walked towards his cabin, hesitated a little due to the sight of the travel partner who was in the upper bed looking at her, and then kissed her husband.

In the critical moments, re more common the astral projections to relatives and beloved ones living in far away places.

That is why in the Second War there were cases of soldiers who wanted o see their mother for a last time.

In spite of those projections of persons who died recently, we are dealing with living persons.

There are thousands cases of projections, appearances of dead persons, seer of all kinds and all occult phenomena.

However in order not to increase the number of our lessons, we are only dealing with the practical and theoretical study of the astral faculties, avoiding to tell stories collected during the centuries before our days.

The astral projections involuntary of Mrs. Émile Ságée, 32 years of age, caused her many problems.

At that time, in the last century, she was a teacher in a female Institute in Lithuania.

Once the students saw the teacher writing on the blackboard and at her side her double astral imitating the act of writing on the blackboard.

One week later, a student who was by her side looked at the mirror and saw two teachers, the girl fainted.

In another time, the maid of he Institute saw two images of Mrs. Émile Ságée, eating at the same time and became very scared.

In another time also, when sitting at the classroom with 42 students, one of them looked through the window and shouted: the teacher is also there in the garden cutting flowers.

She had already taught in 19 schools but was forced to leave for these reasons.
