ROSE+CROSS MESSAGE ASTRAL PROJECTION –
1 It is not new to anyone, provided he is not extremely materialist, that the physical body is only a lifeless shell for another more ethereal bodies. Any religion worth of its name,
even the ones of primitive peoples, recognize it. What may be new is that we may
separate, voluntarily, for some time the so called astral body from the
material body. So that our conscience may
continue in the superior worlds, this individual conscience needs a body, a
delimited structure – it is the astral body that keeps all that we know and
live, in the next life stage. The scientists also believe that
there is an energy with conscience integrating the physical body, and
naturally when we die such energy continues in a body, in a delimited
structure, on the contrary this energy would dissolve in the Universe, as a
drop in the ocean. The astral projection is the
faculty to separate the astral body from the physical body. The belief in the duality of
bodies always existed in all times and places: a body was mortal and visible,
another immortal and invisible. However the astral body also
called emotional body, desires body, double, etc. is also
mortal even though it lasts more. The astral projection is not a
dream, since it may occur with a person who is awake, even if she is in a
torpor, and she participates actively, controlling her movements; in the
dream the person remains passive while the events are irrational and
unreal. Dreams only occur during the
sleep. The astral projection may be
spontaneous, involuntary, as during the moments in which we relax to rest, in
the extreme tiredness, in accidents, illness or under the action of certain
anesthetics (ether, chloroform, etc). However the astral projection is a
natural process, that may be made involuntarily and does not happen in
critical cases, on the contrary, it is more common in normal situation of
health and tranquility, mainly when we are serene and half-asleep. Another names that are used for
the astral projection are: unfolding, astral trip, exteriorization of the
astral body, experiences out of the body, etc. In astral trips the astral body is
always connected o the physical body by the silver lace, therefore there is
no danger to remain lost in space. The astral unfolding is quite
similar to the dreams, it which we visit persons and distant places. In fact some dreams are astral
projections and other times from a dream we pass to the astral projection. The astral projection occurs
mainly when we are asleep or in that state of somnolence that comes before o
after the sleep. Therefore, before beginning any
practice of exteriorization of astral body, the first step is to tranquilize
the body and the mind. We do that by means of muscular
relaxation, of the breath harmonization and mental silence. The mental silence consists in not
to lose anything, or at least to diminish the whirl of thoughts, splitting in
half the phrases that appear and when concentrate in something to diminish to
the minimum the “non-invited thoughts”. After we are free from all this
agitation so we may begin the practice of mental unfolding. The astral projection is quite
similar to death, since the astral body leave the physical body still, taking
away the intellectual faculties (conscience, intelligence, memory) and the
sensorial ones (vision, hearing, etc). In death, however, the astral body
goes away for never come back to the physical body. The smaller the moral and positive
side of a person; hate, envy, lust, closeness to material possessions, mental
laziness, etc, the bigger the difficulty to jet away. Good people with great positive
qualities: kindness, serenity, joy, interest in other people, physical and
mental energy, etc, will obtain good results easily. It is said that the psychic powers
do not depend of a good moral, and the many common persons and of doubtful
behavior succeed in this field. However, it is difficult to judge
the moral of the persons, in quality and in quantity, maybe they have had
some needs, but they may have other qualities that are good and compensate
the others. It is know the saints and mystics
that live far for form the mundane pleasures, perfecting their moral
qualities, had more success in contacting the invisible. The Marquis of Puységur (1785) was
the first to scientifically investigate an astral projection using a patient
that in an astral body was following the marquis, and then could tell what
the researcher had done and the things that had happened around. In clairvoyance and the
clairaudience we also see and hear from the distance, but the vision seems
distant and there is no sensation in being in a spiritual body and present in
the local. In certain cases, the person has
no conscience that she had done an astral projection, she only knows that she
succeeded because she ha been seen by others who told about her appearance. When leaving the astral body it is
not necessary to be afraid to stay naked in front of other people, because
the astral body appears as dressed always, in general with the same clothes
that one is wearing. It is believed hat clothes,
jewels, glasses, etc, are astral forms created by the unconscious mind. Other say that the astral part or
aura of the clothes and articles follow the astral body. In Norway, country of solitaire
fjords it is common to happen the phenomena known as “the arrival”. The appearance known in Norway as
Vardog, besides being visible, also produce sounds, such as to open a door,
to climb stairs, etc. And so the

appearance came first. The utility of the astral
projection is enormous: to visit
friends and relatives in distant place, to know nature sanctuaries in the
whole world (water-falls, country fields full of flowers etc). The experiences out of the body
take us to the revelation that we are immortals, that life continues after
leave the material body. For many years we fix our
attention only in our physical bodies. From now, always that we have free
moments, we will take conscience of the astral body, be in tune with it until
you may have two lives in two different worlds. The astral projection may finish
with persons intimacy, but for the one who has the entire world to be seen,
there is not so much worry with the private life of other people. Besides that, the one who reached
this level in life, in which the psychics faculties begin to grow, there is
not so much concern in seeing for example the naked girls, and if it so
happens, immediately he looks to the other side and forges, how would do in
the physical world any honored, decent and religious man. There is no danger in the astral
projection as is exaggerated by some occultists, since in the same way that
when we sleep, the astral body returns as soon as it notices some perturbation
in the physical body or when we have a nightmare. As everybody knows, in the
inferior regions of the low astral, there are inferior beings, demons, the
same way that there are thieves and bandits, therefore once more I remind
that without the raising of a high moral it is not advisable any psychic
development. We may classify little attention,
physical and mental, weakness, laziness, shyness lack of character and of
moral; will force, courage, boldness, concentration are positive qualities of
moral. Some people do not have much
kindness or love to their neighbor, but they are physically and mentally
strong, his explains why they are bad-characters that succeed in the
Occultism… till a certain point! The persons with good-qualities
(kindness, courage, emotional control, etc) are soon attracted to superior
regions of the Astral. The sorcerers and other persons of
bad propositions go to the low Astral, because in the Emotional or Astral
World, the cosmic law “birds of a feather flock together” manifest with
bigger intensity. In the beginning of the separation
of the bodies, a brief moment of unconscience occurs, however the conscience
